BioIn 1978, I sold vacuums door to door. It was a moving and rewarding experience, receiving an award for salesperson of the month. Since then, I have been able to cultivate different successful sales opportunities through the next few years. In 1983, I joined Ahnert Enterprises, located in Bushkill, Pa involved with land, timeshare and campground sales. I accelerated and was promoted in seven months as a Sales Director. Holding achievements that cannot be duplicated today. I held numerous positions in management and achieving the highest honors by receiving every possible award and recognition offered. I was given the opportunity to be educated by Marketing Experts. In 1989, The Rank Organization, a multi-billion dollar company from Europe, purchased Ahnert Enterprises. I quickly moved into their land division for the next three years. I successfully achieved the highest honors by exceeding their lofty goals and desires. I brood an idea, fiercely impelling all revenues. In 1993, I was hired by The Flagship Resort, of Atlantic City to work in their Internal Sales Department. My accomplishment and talents had placed me directly in front of the President of the organization to be offered a position as Vice President. I respectively, refused. In 1995, I accepted a position with Fairfield Communities in Myrtle Beach, SC. Having eminently acclaimed training and education in Management Sales, I disagreed with tactics used and moved to a more adapting company. I was hired by Plantation Resort of Myrtle Beach, where I accepted a position as Director of Sales. June of 1996, Spinnaker Resort of Hilton Head had been contracted as the Sales and Marketing Company. Within five years, I managed to excel from Sales Manager to Project Director and achieving feats that were not obtained by any other major company in Myrtle Beach (i.e. Fairfield Communities, Bluegreen Corporation, Vistana Resort of Florida and Marriott). We achieved over $48 million in gross revenue with more than 6600 sales in a non-ocean front property. My most heartfelt achievement was, giving my personnel the attention and opportunity to be successful. I had the desire to help more men and women to become successful sales people and managers, than any person or company in my field. During my tenor with Spinnaker Resorts, I had spearheaded developments in various locations as a consultant, advisor and trainer to place these Developments on a healing and successful track in a short period of time. With experience and proven track record, I traveled to Charleston, SC and Hilton Head, SC for the next few years, bringing designated resorts up to par and beyond. In 2004, I then was reunited with an old colleague. He had started his own Land Sales Company, along with the purchase of a Prudential Real Estate franchise. The CEO was acquainted with my achievements and talents as we wasted no time successfully generating over 70 million dollars in sales the first year. From there, I help manage various projects with unprecedented successful results. Projects involved were Charleston Landing, Myrtle Beach; South Island Plantation, Georgetown; Crystal Blue Resort, Myrtle Beach; La Capilla and Rancho Buena Vista, Los Barriles, Mexico; Arrowhead Grand, Myrtle Beach; Villas Garden, Myrtle Beach. As a Special Projects Director, I seek out valuable projects and properties through acquisitions, domestically and internationally, along with discovering and creating new and current marketing; and innovative selling methods. My continuing achievements accredited to my work is being a successful investor and helping others invests successfully since 1985, consultant to many individuals and companies for more than 20 years, an Inventor for the Auto Industry and medical field, and being a father to a wonderful little girl named Taylor. I am in the midst of writing a book on sales and negotiating techniques that I have devised over the years. I will continue my road to success and my passion of helping others.
