Briar Munro is a fitness professional from Toronto, Canada. With a background in dance and martial arts. Briar has taken her love for athletics and personal health and turned it into a unique approach to personal training and health education. I had a few clients ask about my Green Juice after reading yesterday's post.   I am loving my juicer these days and my most recent Green Juice has the following ingredients.

Kale
Mixed lettuce
Celery
Cucumber
Carrots
Apple
Parsley
Cilantro
Pineapple

Tons of nutrients and lots of great flavor!  Super filling too!!!


Yesterday's workout consisted of Fitness ball and weights and today I'm heading to the pool for 30 minutes of length swim!!!


Holiday/Photo Shoot Ready

In less than three weeks I will be heading on my first personal beach holiday in 5 years!  I am super pumped!!!  Before I go however I will be doing a photo shoot for our new website that is in the works (have you been to our website lately? It has our brand new logo!!!).   Both the holiday and the photo shoot mean that I need to step up my game to be "photo shoot & beach" ready! 

So over the new three weeks I will be posting regularly what workouts I am doing and what I am focusing on nutrition wise. 

This week is all about adding in a full glass of freshly juiced greens with a touch of fruit for added flavor!

My workout today is all on the TRX! 
Chest Press
Abdominal pikes
Rows
Suspended Planks-front/sides
Squats
Standing roll outs
Bicep curls
One leg suspended lunges
Triceps ext
Suspended crunches

Now this may look like a lot of exercises but it only took me 20 minutes!  Two sets of each exercise with very little rest in between (just enough to adjust my TRX straps).  This little amount of rest got my heart rate going as well!
