Master Trainer / Nutritionist / Health Educator / Performance Enthusiast Csaba has spent 20 years of his life developing his expertise in all areas of fitness and nutrition. He continually pursues exploring the different areas of human performance and well being with the goal of helping more people to experience life the fullest. Over his career he has worked with hundreds of satisfied clients. He trained and mentored elite and olympic athletes, kids, seniors and recreational individuals.
