Chris is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Mercantile Commercial Capital, LLC and actively participates in, among other things, the business development, underwriting and marketing functions of MCC. Previously, he worked as a senior management consultant, financier and executive with companies such as GE Capital, Heller Financial and NAI Realvest. He has advised, financed and helped many small to mid-sized businesses throughout Florida and the Northeast for over ten years. Recently named to the Inc. 500 list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies, Mercantile Commercial Capital has been called the “Fastest Growing Commercial Lender in America,” the “most unique and entrepreneurial bankers around,” and the “fun bankers.” From its start in 2003, MCC has focused on providing SBA 504 loans for small business owners to acquire or enhance their own facilities. The company was named “Best Place to Work” by the Orlando Business Journal in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
ORLANDO, Fla. — Old Florida National Bank and Mercantile Capital Corporation have entered into a merger agreement. Old Florida National Bank (Old Florida), headquartered in downtown Orlando, expects the merger to be finalized in the late fourth quarter or early first quarter of 2011.
